  • All bookings must include a valid phone number and email address.
  • No deposit required – pay upon arrival.
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is received.

2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Card.
  • Full payment is required at check-in, unless prior arrangements are made.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 12:00 noon
  • Check-out: up to 12:00 noon
  • Early check-in or late check-out available based on room availability.

4. Guest Identification : Guests must present valid identification (National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License) upon check-in.

5. Children and Extra Guests

  • Children under 7 years stay free when sharing with an adult.
  • Extra guests or beds may attract an additional charge depending on room type.

6. Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Please inform the hotel in advance for arrangements.
